Tuition Payment Options

B-ty Institute provides two convenient options for paying tuition and fees:

  1. Payment in Full
  2. Payment Installments

Student Billing

B-ty Institute uses an electronic billing system, PaySimple Gateway, which allows students and authorized users to access their student accounts and eBill statements online. Please note that B-ty Institute does not issue paper billing statements. For additional details, visit our Student Billing webpage.


Business Office Holds

A Business Office Hold is applied when a student needs to address outstanding account issues with the Business Office. Holds may prevent students from:

  • Registering for further classes
  • Obtaining academic transcripts
  • Receiving a certificate of completion

Students who are not registered for classes are not permitted to attend class sessions.


Tuition and Fee Master Payment Contract

All students must complete a Tuition and Fee Master Payment Agreement. Failure to submit this agreement is the most common reason for a Business Office Hold. This contract outlines the student’s rights and responsibilities regarding tuition and fee payments.


B-ty Institute I.D. Cards

Your B-ty Institute Student I.D. Card grants access to campus resources and serves as verification of your status as a current student.

  • Location for I.D. Cards: Admission Office, 5655 Western Blvd. Suite F, Raleigh, NC 27606
  • Replacement I.D. Card Fee: $35.00 (must be paid before the card is created)

Office Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Friday – Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (by appointment only)
  • Closed on Sundays
